C. , DC Industries Real Estate/ Property Management Job Type Full Time Relevant Work Experience 7+ to 10 Years Education Level Bachelor's Degree Career Level Manager (Manager/ Supervisor of Staff) About the Job Financial & Realty Services, LLC ("FRS") is seeking candidates to provide facilities management services for our federal government clients in the MidAtlantic Region that includes Washington, DC and Philadelphia, PA. Property managers will oversee the management, administrative and technical support for the accomplishment of any of the following duties: facilities management, operations, maintenance of mechanical/electrical/plumbing equipment (including boilers/chillers), architectural, structural and sustaining maintenance/repairs, janitorial services, logistics, transportation, warehouse, reimbursable services and utility work. Candidates will supervise 5-80 facilities personnel (depending upon location), manage budget, oversee renovation projects, and manage subcontractors.
